This is playing with fire yo. True sexual magic is pretty advanced and has been known to screw advanced people up pretty good.
I would suggest for starters carefully studying a work like Modern Sex Magick by Donald Michael Kraig and following leads from there. There are other more accessible works, I'm sure, but a lot of sexual magic is wrapped in pretty vague language and symbols. Usually it is not very exciting reading, but worth it.
Of course you can just do the job and make a wish at orgasm. Dress it up in a ritual of your preference. See what happens.
