I would suggest trying the healing method that is showing actual measured results in science. Look up Bengston Image Cycling. In particular the portions about storing this energy in cotton balls, water, and more. I would make a comment here about this forum only focusing on the Harry Pothead and imaginary methods, while trying very hard to downgrade every real type of energy, but I have enough warnings for the week. Just know that there is an awful lot of make-believe and immature nonsense going on, and being spread around, by people with agendas and issues. If you speak up or have a different opinion, or point out the obvious, certain folks will try to block you and attack like Kindergarten bullies. Integrity and ethics, pick the path with heart.
When you keep that filtering portion of the mind busy with image cycling, things happen. Instead of the healing focus, you focus on the type of energy you want stored in the sigil, talisman, or any other object that accepts and then radiates the essence of your focus.
Always be aware of what is keeping you from doing things; these are the lock, block, and filter systems that are mainly supposed to protect you and keep you from doing damage to yourself, others, or the world at large. This frontal lobe image cycling releases a bit of the lock, block, and filter so that you can manipulate energy. Best way to activate sigils in your opinion?
There are lots of ways to activate sigils such as charging them under the moon light, burning them or destroying them in general, perception activation, etc. But what is the most effective way? I personally charge mine under the moonlight or burn them but is that really the most effective way?
