This is the channeled truncated instructions of the ritual done on 31st of February and I hope that I am giving the "full" image of the working going on. I was too busy this week and forgot to post this, if you saw my previous posts about this here:

Saturday, Saturn planetary hour

5 left + 5 right candles making a half circles making one circle, Depending on how it come to me, the altar in my mind looked like half circles and two hands making a qi ball.

One paper triangle in middle with seal of aratron, a glass of water on top of it.

After we call aratron we ask for attunement, drink the water and eat/swallow the paper.

Sit down/lay down and meditate, receive image, instructions, guidance and just give yourself 30 minutes - 1 hour to take it in. You can dismiss aratron after that meditative attunement session.

Afterwards shower and wear white if possible. If not wash face and offer thanksgiving..

The workings itself can be extremely simple or not and the Arbatel is quite famous for being beginner friendly and relatively safe.

I think the white is supposed to be a "post treatment" sort of thing, you want a shower+opposite color to give an opposite of your experience/attunement to produce a synthesis at least symbolically. Surprisingly and honestly the first time in a while I got to say that it was slightly/somewhat amicable with Saturn this time.
