Before you start, you have be able to form psi-balls in any size, color or shape you wish. You have to be able to form them the strongest with your non-dominant hand. The dominant hand is only a carrier of the ball. In this procedure you will eventually put yourself in the center of your self-created universe. That is the goal you work towards. If you completed this procedure, you can think of designing a universe not based on the 4 elements. But it is good to first learn this base.
Week 1
(day 1 to 6) Find a quiet place to sit, face directed to the North. First think about images and ideas you have about earth. The ideas need to be very visual. Day 2: Find a quiet place to sit, face directed to the East. Work through your air images.
Day 3: Find a quiet place to sit, face directed to the South. Work through your fire images.
Day 4: Find a quiet place to sit, face directed to the West. Work through your water images.
Day 5: Find a quiet place to sit. Work through your images you have from yourself.
Day 6:
- Find a quiet place to sit, face directed to the North. Work through your earth images. Lay your ball down on the North of the circle. Secure it.
- Face directed to the East. Work through your air images. Lay your ball down on the East of the circle. Secure it.
- Face directed to the South. Work through your fire images. Lay your ball down on the South of the circle. Secure it.
- Face directed to the South. Work through your water images. Lay your ball down on the South of the circle. Secure it.
- Go to the center. Work through your images you have from yourself. Lay your ball down on the center of the circle. Secure it.
- Start to connect the ball of yourself to the ball of the North with a golden illuminating line. Then connect East, South and West. Keep those connections as long as you be able to keep. Let the lines fade away at the moment you want. That’s it, you’ve ended the ritual.
