Can someone point me toward some straight to the point resources that teach these? I know Alice Bailey in one so Im on that, I know the Golden Dawn has a section on it. Strengthening and Maintenance however. That is my real question I guess.

One can achieve projecting to their casual body the same way as astrally projecting
