Solar Body Initiation, Strengthening and Maintenance...

Can someone point me toward some straight to the point resources that teach these? I know Alice Bailey in one so Im on that, I know the Golden Dawn has a section on it. Strengthening and Maintenance however. That is my real question I guess.

The solar body is the causal body, or what Christians call as spirit. To work with the causal body, you would need the help of a spirit or an experienced person.

Doing it on your own would hardly get you anywhere.

So such a person as an Adept or the person's own work toward K&C with the HGA?
