If you know the middle pillar excercise and know about the 10 sefiras then this should be easy to follow.

If you use the name Yeheshua in the middle pillar it starts with Yod in the Crown or Kether and so forth with Shin in Tifaret and vav in Yesod and Heh in Malkuth. Try
this out as a meditation to put the letters in the middle pillar excercise. It should go both from Kether down to Malkuth, and then an opposite with Yod beginning in Malkuth and up to Kether.

Anyway the interesting thing is that Man actually Descends in this from Kether to Malkuth while the woman Ascends from Malkuth to Kether. What is interesting about this is when you put the tetragrammaton inside the equation. The male ends with Earth element inside Yesod or sexuality or Foundation. While emotions(Water) are bound to Knowledge. With women again Earth element ends inside Da'ath and emotions are inside Yesod.

Here's some references to sefirot and middle pillar excercise:

Here's some more interesting things about the Tetragrammaton. When you put it as the Tetractys and sum up all letters the gematrial value of it
is 72 which is also the angle of the pentagram. Here's a picture:

The elemental positions of the pentagram follows the formula YHShVH or Yeheshua. Beginning from right down with Fire then Water then Spirit, then Air, then Earth.

I have worked out something like this with the three Mother letters. Shin for Fire (and Spirit), Mem for Water, Aleph for Air.
To Earth I assigned the three letters of the earth signs (Yod, Vav and Ayin).
The two letter words that result from the paths between the points of the pentagram in most cases are interesting.

That's interesting, will draw a diagram and look at the words. Thanks :)

Do you put the elements and spirits with the same alignment as in the normal pentagram or?

Yes, like in your diagram. It is also my understanding that if this is representative of a human you should "back up into it".
So the right foot is earth and the left foot fire.

Ahh ok that's interesting that it works like that. So just like in the Sefirot. You know that Right hand is left brain hemisphere, and Left hand is right brain hemisphere. They go across like that in the nervous system. Not sure about the feet though.

I know that some / most will disagree with me on that, but it is the way how I view it.
So to me a banishing earth pentagram (as we use it) is to deny someone or something that stands opposite of you getting its (right)foot on the ground.

Will have to test the feet out at some later timepoint when I'm sensitive enough. Atleast when walking it goes so that left hand and right foot and right hand and left foot. So perhaps even the nervous system goes like that. Would make sense in a way. Otherwise walking could be to difficult for some :)
