Sour Cream in Minestrone Soup

Or sour cream in spaghetti with tomato sauce. Do either of those sound weird to y'all? My family is thoroughly convinced that I am, in fact, a sick freak for doing this. But they've yet to try either, and if they did maybe they'd find it DELICIOUS. Needless to say, nobody lets me cook the family meals.

Doesn't sound strange at all. I feel like adding sour cream is one of those tightly kept secrets. It makes almost everything better. Rich, creamy, tangy... Now I'm hungry.

in my household and most eastern europeans we put sour cream in almost everything it’s wonderful, it’s my favorite with Borsht (russian cabbage/ beet soup) and in stuffed peppers yummy
