[Help] Spell casting in Astral Temple

How do you cast spells in the astral temple?
I tried spell casting in the astral temple recently. Although the spell worked, my head ached for a week.
Last month I tried creating servitors in the astral temple. After the creation, my head still ached.
I did some experiments, and figured out that the headache probably came from the energy condensing in the astral temple.

I often hear about people casting spells or doing rituals in their astral temple, how do you do it without the negative effects?

My Guru used to say that before any astral work, it is necessary to move the center of consciousness into the astral body. For example, when performing the ritual of the Kabbalistic cross, you must first imagine that your body becomes huge, reaching the stars. More down to earth hypotesis here : visualisation can be hard and ask way more energy than doing in physical world. Forcing yourself to "mentally evoke" things create tension and inner visual fatigue.

Sounds like you're using too much of your own personal energy. Try calling in other energy sources to help you power up the astral rituals. That should decrease the likelihood of the headaches.

I'll try centering before the spell next time.
I normally go staight for the spellcasting and ignore the centering and grounding part.
And use more external energies too, I prefer my own energy for astral magick before. Mainly because it's esier for me to use my energy then take from outside when I'm in the astral temple.
