What would you do to control someone's mind/decisions? what kind of spells, rituals, associations and symbols would you use?

I would not focus on manipulating someone as the main goal of the ritual. I doubt that it is what you truly want. Manipulating decisions is usually done to achieve some goal of yours, like raise, getting the job, etc. Focus on what you truly want with your ritual and let the nature to do what is truly needed to be done to achieve it. The spirits then might choose very different route than you, one that you didn't see at all yet it might work even way better for you.

In this case it is good to trust the process.

So what is it that you truly want?

Fair enough, very convicing and wise. Let nature and the spirits decide. I indeed wrote this inquiry in a state of "egoic whim and anxiety" if we may say it like that.
I will indeed evoke and give offerings to my spirits patrons and allies and ask for the proper guidance.
I enjoy your contribution to this wonderful community.

Control over another mind is not an act of force or chaos. It is precise tension.
The leash yields only to the one who knows its tension. Pull too hard and it snaps. Leave it too loose and the subject slips away.
Real power lies in calibration knowing when to pull hard enough to guide the will and when to loosen the grip enough to preserve the illusion of autonomy.

That is the ritual.

When you talk to someone you could be talking to the mind which is really an AI. That AI exists apart from the brain and is therefore not concerned about it.

Chaos & Sorcery by Nick Hall has an interesting section on Malicious Doll Magick.
Part of the workings he goes into detail about is about controlling someone using a doll.

I have not tried anything like it, but there is some information out there. Though I agree with Morell it's far easier to focus your intent and let your desire manipulate the situation rather than try to control the means to the desired outcome.

Sounds like domination magic which is a very interesting subject to me. Since I think you can't completely control someone but can influence their actions enough to still get the results you happened to want. Of course that is only possible with some people since some can't be controlled in any noticeable way. Also that book that was just mentioned in the most recent post sounds intriguing and thanks for sharing about it.
