Hi! Thank you for your comment! I'm from Brazil and we have a very unique kind of magic here, which we call Quimbanda, and it's very similar to Hoodoo, for example. So, I think I should start with something like Hoodoo, since I'm from the Quimbanda religion. Thank you for the advice!!
My brother still lives with our Mum and step-dad. While he's pretty chilled about it (he pays hardly any rent and gets fed!), Mum is hoping he'll move on to his own place and gain a bit of independence.
Last week, in town, my partner and I passed an estate/letting agent. I stopped to look at a few of the houses/flats for rent in the window, and thought about some magic to find somewhere suitable for my brother. I doodled a basic house shape with my finger on the glass (just a square, a triangle on top for the roof, and the letter DE, my brother's initials, inside the square). I decided that meant "D finds somewhere to live". I couldn't see the sigil - I literally just drew the shape on clean glass - but I knew it was there.
I repeated it for a couple of other letting agents that day, and later, I went to on the Rightmove website on my phone, then drew the shape of the house/initials on my phone screen.
When I caught up with Mum yesterday, she said that my brother's best mate had to leave his one-bed apartment and is looking for somewhere else, and has encouraged my brother to flat-share with him. They've already found a couple of "perfect" places - though they're both out of their price range.
Maybe try some sigil magic? I'm sure you'll find something perfect for your needs - but think about your finances and what you can afford, and make sure you keep actively looking so there's a way it can manifest. Good luck house-hunting

As I was writing this, it occurred to me that I should refine my "sigil". When I'm in town next, I'll draw a £ or $ sign on each window, with the intention that it means my brother and his mates will find somewhere in their price range!
