Spirit-free Clairvoyance/Clairaudience training

Any ideas on the best resource to check out? I had a book on Clairvoyance by WE Butler years ago that I never got to.
I have found a few exercises in Buckland Book of Spirit Communication, but thats about all Ive reliably found.
I know Regardies The Golden Dawn has Travelling in the Spirit Vision, not sure if this is on clairvoyance training or not.

Clairvoyance, like all the inner plane faculties, exists on each sub-plane. You may choose on which sub-planes to develop such skills by learning to focus on those sub-planes.

Greed and sexual desire are good for moving the attention to the lowest sub-planes

Oh yes, skrying in the spirit vision is an excellent way to train oneself. We need to develop strength in sustaining visions and travails in this through watching and concentration.

But I would say an even faster method is to look and discern for a Christian pentecostal preacher who is known to see visions and tell events about people, places and events, and to ask that you desire this "Grace". You will have better chances receiving this Grace by serving under the Altar he or she serves for a time. I recommend this to be the fastest method. But if you opt to do this, do it with a pure heart.
