I must admit that I'm happy that I got convinced to buy SteamDeck, despite being run by adapted Linux with integrated Steam client. Valve did it right. Lately I also installed into it EmuDeck, so now I can run on it Steam games for Linux, Steam games for windows, non steam games for windows, DOS games, console games too.
Tested it lately by trying both Lecarde Chronicles games (WIN), Symphony of the night (PS1) and Contra.(NES)
Honestly, this overcame my dreams of gaming console. It needed some work, but despite higher cost I got what I paid for as the saying goes...
Does anyone here use SteamDeck or other modern gaming console?
