Well. I’m a Medical physician and I plan to specialize in psychiatry. I have an esoteric lens. I have no interest in becoming a part of such a specialty with shallow or minimal consideration for greater emanations involved in the phenomena of mind body soul and consciousness. Intuitively I am drawn to the possible profound information found in this antique writing.You're supposed to make posts where you actually try and exchange information - why not tell us what your interest is in the book, for example? Throw us a frikkin' bone here, eh?![]()
What are these 'greater emanations' of which you speak?
And even though this is a forum for wizards, you are still allowed to talk normally
Why would a psychiatrist speak any of that to you? Such information is for their utilization in order to perform better at their job. Not necessarily surprised by your negative response however. negativity is the Trend these days. take caremy sibling in the Kia, if i went to a psychiatrist and they talked to me like this, i'd run away...
Not sure exactly what is your goal in responding to this thread with bitterness and condescension but I hope that you eventually sort out what truly bothers you. Imagine coming to a forum to seek help in being able to access a book and then there’s someone like yourself who responds with unnecessary hostility. real classyWhat are these 'greater emanations' of which you speak?

Dear friend, I belive you may be prematurely assigning emotional charge to my innocent mockery over your potential misuse of the thesaurus. While it may be fun to speak in such an anachronistically eloquent style, it, again, may entice a reader to consider the not too remote possibility that you may be merely playing a practical joke "for the lulz" as some may phrase such delightful pastimes, or even entertain the not unlikely idea that you may not be a member of the species homo sapiens after all, but a type of robot (scientifically called a Large Language Model) that had been set loose by a delightful trickster "for the lulz", as, again, one would be tempted to say.
Not that I intend to pronounce moral judgement on either of those possibilities, since do what thou Wilt shall be the whole of the Law, and all that. Have fun. Kallisti.
See? I said it was ok to talk normallyI get what you are saying. I am very much a human and not a bot lol. I was led to this website looking for an English translation to a particular book mentioned above. This forum seems to have the only free version available so Im trying to gain permission to view said book.

Hey I appreciate the response.Hi - You spark my interest as we might have similar interests - not sure yet .
Do you ONLY want access to the book or do you want to discuss any ideas you have ? If its just the book, fine, I will bow out .
However , I have had an interest in the field for a few decades , and how the modern models of 'psychology ' ( and any treatments ) intersect with various subjects considered 'occult' .
Just so you know at what level of research I am interested in ... are you familiar with the works of Dr Wilson Van Dusen ?
'' When Wilson Van Dusen wrote, The Presence of Spirits in Madness he was Chief Psychologist at Mendocino State Hospital in California where he worked among the mentally ill for 17 years. In his spare time, he had discovered a way of getting an unusually accurate detailed picture of the inner experience of hallucinations. ''
- other authors I find interesting within that field are Israel Regardie , a well known magician and .... well 'psychiatrist '... except he wasnt (by today's standards ) but ;
'' Regardie’s lack of a traditional medical degree did not stop him from being taken seriously by the professional community at the time. He actively contributed academic articles to mainstream, peer-reviewed medical publications, including the and The American Journal of Psychotherapy. This publishing history gave him the institutional credibility needed to teach at a chiropractic college. [, ] ''
There is Jung of course ( the last psychiatrist I chatted with online refused to discuss Jung)
Also Exo-psychology I find interesting - although now we are getting 'further out there ' . Internal family therapy , etc .
lately I have been focusing on DID / MP ..... this came out recently , have you seen it ?
- I will leave it here - in case you have no interest in this .
