[Help] Super vivid dreams good and bad

Hello I'm new to this forum and wanted peoples opinion on why I have such vivid dreams Ive had them all my life they can be good and bad for example my most recent was last night
I was in a field and I was in a light flowing gown and I felt the sun on my face and lavender scent was in the air a soft breeze rustling the field of what seemed like wheat then a bee appeared and landed on me and before I knew it I was covered and I was too scared to move all I could hear was buzzing and they didn't sting I just stood there frozen in fear over heating it was so hot it felt like I was in an oven and barely able to breath it was like I could feel the bees almost vibrating and they did not sting til I fell to the ground and it felt like a jolt of electricity going thru my body all at once then I woke up gasping for air and feeling my adrenaline pumping heart racing and sweating almost still feeling the jolt I experienced in my dream
I guess I wanna know if anyone else has such vivid dreams and what anyone may think the meaning if any my dream may have had

Be thankful that you have vivid dreams Bees do kill by covering intruders (and thereby raising the bodyheat) but in mythology they are always a good sign.
Do you maybe have sleep apnea or a stuffed nose? The difficulty breathing and the resulting heat might have been real and these turned a good dream into a scary one.
I myself often have very vivid dreams when my nose is shut (but I like all dreams)

I guess I wanna know if anyone else has such vivid dreams and what anyone may think the meaning if any my dream may have had

I also have super vivid dreams sometimes. Sometimes I can feel things in my dreams. I also had a dream about bees. I was stung by one and the bee took my life in the dream multiple times and I grew so afraid of the bee that I now have a phobia of bees.

I agree that it could have been a result of room overheating or sleep apnea

Another intrepration I have is the bees could represent feeling overwhelmed in life. If there are any problems that feel overwhelming and small at first like the bee but then suddenly swarm you thats what the dream could be about. Basically a stress dream. I get those as well but now its usually just me doing work inside the dream because my mind can be like that.

Vivid dreams can be caused by diet very easily. Cheeses, pineapple, and a variety of other things can and do cause vivid dreams.

Start a dream journal. Then, what's important to be honest about, is what seems like a "stuff through my day" processing dream. Lots of dreams, when you sit and think about it, are just your brain doing what it does - mundane processing of experience.
