Why are the majority of people so obsessed with tattoos nowadays? Its seen that everyone have or wants to have a tattoo nowadays, especially women. Find a woman with no tattoos nowadays, is the same as find a 4 leaf clover. When this tattoo "craze" ends, those who invested in laser removal will profit big.
I have five tattoos so far, and about to get my sixth one. I regret
none of them, nor I have intent removing any.
Why did I chose to get them?
Because each of them have a deep meaning for me. Each tattoo is tied to a certain 'spiritual' ascension, stance, significant period of my life or manifest a part of who I am (archetype). These tattoos won't tell much to people who see them (at least not about my reason behind them), because to them, these are just symbols, pictures or characters. I even chose carefully the day of getting my tattoo, because for me, it's a part of a 'ritual' that'll leave a mark on my skin too.
Here's a thing.
The tattoos on me are
not made for others.
I couldn't care less about what they think or what they see. Neither if they like them or not.
It's my body, my story, and I am just as special with the tattoos on me like I was before getting them.
Tattoos won't define your value. But for
you, the history you have behind or whatever is resting within you can give value to your tattoos
for you.
(I frankly don't care about those who tattoo every random bullshit on themselves that they see trending. Again, it's not others' business to give value to your tattoos, they only can give as much as they have inside; and they are not living your life to judge the worth of the ink you bear on your skin.)
