This realm is accessible to experienced astral travelers.

Its defining feature is absolute whiteness: the ground, the horizon, and even the ambient fog resembles luminous clouds.

Within this space, one may ask for for the name of our guide and receive an instant response, or speak with deceased family members who appear in a gentle, stabilized form.

There seem to be eight such far realms, at least if the place you're speaking of is on my maps. The fact that you'd find your dead relatives in the white one is... interesting, certainly.

In the book A New Approach to Out Of Body Experience by Robert Bruce, the section describing the Buddhic Dimension includes the passage:

"This is a warm, abstract world filled with a pervasive peace and infinite love. It is a dimension of pure white. There is no perception of sight or sound here other than the all-pervading, brilliant white. You are surrounded, absorbed, and assimilated by infinite warm loving acceptance, understanding, forgiveness, and atonement in oneness. This is the healing and resting place of the soul."

Yes, the white one does kind of like that, at least roughly. Have you visited the other ones though?

My own thinking on it has always been more Qabalistic than mystical. The Formative World encompasses the Astral Plane that is full of thought-forms and emotional impulses that have not yet either coalesced or dissipated. There are certainly spirits there, but I'm not sure it's invariably because they want to be. As a graphic artist with an esoteric body of work, I've felt that inspiration comes through me from the Astral and doesn't originate within me, but the experience could be called "technicolor" rather than "white."
