I'm not sure wether I'm on the right section for that as the topic is cross section of egyptian religion, occultism and vampirism. I just wanted to know if some other persons who were in the occult somewhen between the 90s and early 2000s had known or still remember that organisation which used to be called the Ammonite Foundation. They had been interviewed in the book Isis and Osiris from Jonathan Cott (published in 1994) and had at least one chapter about dedicated to them. They were (falsely) claiming to directly descend from the egyptian pharoes and for those they know (not mentioned in the book), they were claiming to be vampires and had quite a lore evolving around that idea. They are now long not existing anymore but somehow, I realised that (nearly) nothing is left and remains about them on internet now.
Did anyone else gey to know them at some point?

I did not get to know them or the Fellowship of Isis. I was not, and am still not, able to locate a single paragraph from or about the Ammonite Foundation that doesn't scream "Massive Bogus LARP Cult." I have not seen a single claim made by them in any capacity have the slightest bit of truth to it.

Never heard of them. They might be slowly being forgotten. Though using search engines I found a story... I have yet to finish reading.

On this, I totally agree.

In fact, I got to know them in the early 2000s. I was quite young at the time, and the least I can say about them is that I don't keep at all good memories. Some very serious things happened, including abuse, to several people. I sometimes think again about all of that and nearly 25 years after, I guess I would be curious to talk to other people who also got them on their way. To share maybe stories, to confront some things. That's the main reason of my post here.

Finished reading... haters of homosexuality, spying on suspected New-agey priests... sounds toxic.

I had read the story of this person aleady, I wasn't surprised. I know they did much worse. Surprisingly, after all of that, they just vanished into a sort of oblivion.

There was a time of huge fashion of Egypt through Europe and America. It definitely influenced our cultures.

This reminds me of Aset Ka. Their main web is still active, though the forum seems to be history. Web will obviously stay as it promotes a book and overpriced tarot deck. They will in time fade into history too. Most of what you read about then on the web is in style "everything they got wrong about Egypt." Vampires will remain. These occult groups will not. They too claimed long history, one reaching back to ancient Egypt too. I looked into it as amateur and soon found out that their version simply cannot work unless I would denounce archeologic finds and knowledge of ancient Egypt knowledge we already have. From what I observed about them, it seems that marques moved away from Aset towards triple goddess anyway. I got a vision of burned ruins with ash and smoke slowly settling, when I was thinking about this order. Might have fallen apart already.

It's better this way, that they have disappeared. At least there might be no more harm from them. New harmful group will emerge, unfortunately...
