I just came across these two books but they are out of print, I did a Google search but to no avail, perhaps, someone, somewhere, somehow has a copy of these two rare book in ebook format, if so, I would appreciate it very much so if you could provide me with these two tomes of occult magic.

I'm still looking for a downloadable version, but for some odd reason I was able to read this book here on scribd:
