Kuriakos A Complete Course In Magick
The Golden Dawn by Israel Regardie
Self Initiation Into the Golden Dawn Tradition by the Ciceros
Magick In Theory and Practice by Crowley
Book 4 by Crowley
Magick Vol 1-4 by Crowley

In any of these you will find practical magic techniques.
Some even have rituals in them.
