Well first of all: Thanks for getting into all the work for uploading the book. this critique is not directed to YOU as a person.
Second: Jesus Christ wtf. almost all the spells are something you should and can do with Therapy. Magick should not be a fucking replacement of mental health, and this trend should end. Accept your body... Set aside your shyness. Really? idk man, I just really don't understan people like this.
