Hey there,
I've been looking for a GOOD pdf of this book, since it retails at over 200$. On internet archive I could find a pdf of the book, but with 2 pages shown in one, which makes it impossible to read on my tablet. Like its either too small to read or I can only read one page out of two.

I'm not savy in pdf editing, but open to try and make it better myself if a kind soul would teach me. and then make it available to all.

If you are a pro at editing pdf and think it would be easier to do it yourself, by all mean go for it!

I've edited your archive.org link since we only allow book share links to mega.nz; it's no big deal though because it's a request and not a book share post after all. Anyone interested in the book can easily find it from the information provided here [doffs anal Librarian hat].

The book came out in 1990 and is not available in e-book format as far as I can see, so a scan is all you'll ever find. In fact, annas-archive.org, pdfcoffee.com, kupdf.net, etc. all have the same double-page scan but I'll leave your request open anyway, maybe there is a decent single-page scan out there.

This is really the best we can do, a single-page scan file and an OCR text which are not perfect but way better than the double-page version that's floating around. Again a big Thank you! to @dosintheshell!
