I have been impressed with the collection that Mirta Wake put together. There are two .pdf texts she that are floating around and are included in my dump file found HERE
The Mirta Wake texts are Demonolater's Handbook and Worshipping Demons.
They are simple, contain the basics for working with spirits, tons of associations and are a all-in-one layout.
Invocation and evocation are only accomplished through work. If you make errors, it can only be flushed out by action, not arm chair semantics. I for one am guilty of every mistake in every book, including being the greatest arm-chair master- even more than Arthur Edward Waite who held the title for a century.
