See this cloud carrying your thoughts, emotions, anxiety, and tension into the whirlwind and into the treasure chest. Acknowledge that you are letting it go for now. Continue until you feel you have released all the stress from the day.
When finished, imagine opening the chest once more. The stress inside has transformed into solutions and clarity, radiating outward like a rainbow of light surrounding you.
