At least Miscatonic Books has picked it up (out of stock), he's not exlusively flogging it through his website like some others of his recent books. However, that still counts as 'super-rare', and requesting courses is not allowed here, of course
I hereby give you a verbal warning for wasting my time with your defective and duplicate requests. By rights I should have banned you for a week at least just to make you cool off.
