I've been using this app Lumenate over the past year, and while doing so I've been reading some Phil Hine, Israel Regardie, among others. I've been wondering: could this app be used for trance states and other types of altered states for magical purposes as well as the subconscious exploration it advertises?

I know it has the ability to use a song you have, so that would theoretically allow you to choose something that could customize the experience for one of those purposes.

What are your thoughts? Any songs you all think or know could work well?
