I purchased a copy from this author, and I love the quality (even though I purchased an edition that's more pamphlet form...I'm cheap.)

Why would I purchase from some shady site when I can do the same on amazon?
Another issue is that author is unknown and the link to purchase the book results in 404 error.

But anyway I'm looking for freely downloadable PDF, and while I have this opportunity I wouldn't mind if author or edition isn't exactly the same as described in OP as long as content of the book is not lacking and is in English.

Thank you so much for this, I have the original but English translation is a golden find!
I see it's not completely perfect at first sight but it's better than my French pdf of which I understand only images in the book.
