[Help] The universal Goetia

We all have the core theme that the Goetia is the most strictly systematized prosedures in the operations called Spirits Evocation, and that theme prevading the whole western world, that demonstrate the applicable method for the 72 demons.
But could its system and outline be apllicable for any demon outside the Goetia pantheon? provided that we have his name and sigil or charachter?
That by investing the Goetia strict prosedures with gaining the foreign demon (outside Goetia heirarchy) name/sigil the ritual will yield the fruit (the demon attendance)??

I don't think so, different procedures/protocols for different spirits. Not Goetia's structure fails or this or that doesn't work out, not everyone wants to work out their magical and spiritual relationships through a very specific evocation procedure.

The technique is secondary to the relation we build, the strictness/stiffness of technique is inversely proportional to spiritual/magical authority.
