Just figured out how to do a barrier using visualization. Very weak and maybe not fully shaped but something is there for sure.
How do i increase its quality? I heard you can give it different programs to run but what i'm not sure is how i make it consistent, smooth, more clear?
Does visualizing every little part of it intensely help? Every square inch of it ? And try to see it as clear as possible in my visualization?
