Although I have said to dabble into such practices, it would've been best to say that I learn something "here and there" but never got to actually practice it.
So this is my honest attempt at keeping some sort of journal regarding my attempts at telekinesis.
I know that "the mind's powers" have a bad reputation both to laymen and those studying the magical arts and such, due mostly to the boom of fake psychics(which still astounds me since most of said psychics would claim to be able to see the future, speak to the dead or read minds...I don't remember seeing many accounts regarding psychics that claimed to be able to do telekinesis).
Although I suppose part of it is also due to the Cold War, where the promises of supernatural power able to turn soldiers into supersoldiers(and thus decimate/control the opposition) were too tempting to those in the seats of power and research of their respective countries.
Anyway, my logs won't be a daily occurence(even if I train daily) mostly because I know that I cannot make such compromise of posting everyday, so I'll update here and there or when there is significant development or insight.
My training will be like this:
So it won't be a long task to do daily.
I might not be able to do all of it every day, but I will try.
[NOTE: I realize how telekinesis(amongst other "mind's powers") has a long history of being a "sham power" or how it usually is the one thing those first starting in magic(k) or other paths tend to seek.
I do not ask anyone here to believe I can do this, to believe that telekinesis is real or even that my future results will be legit.
Frankly, I do expect people to be skeptical(even wish for it!), but I also ask that unless you can offer true insight, please, do not take your and my time to come and leave a long post about how "this is fake" or "why don't you do Randi's one million challenge then?".
It is already hard enough going against my own common sense, enforced unto me since birth, so I do not need more chains to hold me down].

My training will be like this:
- First try of the day: do what I feel it's the right way
- Research both real and fictional works regarding how telekinesis works.Because fiction sometimes has a way to instigate an insight or understanding exactly because it deals with what is "outside the box"
- Compare notes
- Second try of the day: try the ways mentioned by the works
- Compare notes
- Seek videos and accounts of people that claim to have succeeded at telekinesis
- Compare notes
- Last try of the day: adjust training to take into account all understood so far
So it won't be a long task to do daily.
