While i understand i need 20 posts to dm someone, i have been DM'd and am unable to reply to said message, and i don't want to make low effort posts to get to the 20 post limit. Is there anything else i can do?

Skull may lower the restrictiveness but to reply to a DM you should only need 5 posts.
