I found the principles of certain powers of the cosmos very interesting in the emerging age forming infront all of us in the exterior.

The age of exponential technological innovation, the age of 'controlled creation', with ai and nanotech to the level of atoms- very interesting scientist artist btw. is Neri Oxman- she called it 'directed evolution'- the fusion of technology and the evolution of species, matter and in the end the mind...

The specific powers i found interesting in the emergent age mentioned earlier are Uranus and also Rahu (north node of the moon) - others also come into mind, as they are usually connected with growth like Jupiter, Saturns expansion through control, but what i find interesting about Uranus is his very significant, but forgotten role- and to a degree unexplored role in the powers that are commonly described in astrology.

Uranus as Varuna are Titans, or Adityas, the first gods that gave birth to the pantheon, usually I would say they represent broader foundational principles of the cosmos, comparableto for example the 'mother that is the personification of space'.

In their respective mythologies they usually don't do very well, and are either castrated, punished for cooperatio with 'demonic' more furious powers like Varuna, who conspired with a demon and was punished to be the god of waters and space after being one of the creating roles in the universe. Similar to Rahu, who was beheaded for drinking from the 'Amrita', the fountain of immortality, so his head and his body(now forming Ketu, the south node of the moon) are now living apart from each other.

Anyways-

Uranus, in modern Astrology, after Uranus was (re?) discovered just in 13. march 1781, is associated as the ruler of the sign of aquarius- aaaw damn here we go into the aquarian age and theosophy realm, lol- and in the older astrology the ruler of aquarius was- or better also is Saturn.
Uranus represents Disruption, breaking free, exponential growth(electricity, lightning strike), and technology - and saturn growth through painful duty and strict rules and laws that are to be accepted- better obeyed as cosmic law.

So that may be the essence of the aquarian age- the polarity of total encapsulation in our own control(brave new world) and the natural and physical cosmic boundries that will feel more and more like chains along on our journey to 'mediated matter'and 'directed evolution'- that is our collected past and 'tradition' as a species- with allour wars and animal like qualities and new forms of total control and micro management- as Saturn principle- and the 'freeing but scary' part technology and exponential changes can make, because well, we are the many and all that good stuff...

Varuna is one of the 10 Dikpala in hinduism, that are the guardians or watchers of the cardinal directions. Varuna is guardian of- here it comes XD- the West.

Rahu, as the head of the Rahu Ketu dragon or snake, rmind me of the relationship that Uranus and Saturn have- the weight of tradition and the laws of physicality and the breaking free from it with directed evolution, but at the same time building ones own prison through the weight of history and biology.

Rahu represents Illusions, that can be called a nescessary part of the whole uranian theme of technology and new things, better faster smarter, hungry hungry, but hmm- Rahu's stomach is now in Ketu only, as he is a head without a body- basically including all that's already happening -and it's just the beginning from the 'damn strong ungrounded mind driven overthinking detatched mind'- A human being did not think as much in his day to day life for millenia. Now we more and more resemble walking heads with constant waves surrounding is, in constant feedback connection to the hive mind.

And that was the little surprise for me at some point, seeing that Aquarius is an 'Air' sign, not a water sign. That airy quality is both strenght and curse of the aquarius- a great mind that gets carries away in the winds to degrees that hurt his life. So it seems like the main challenge will be to find the compromis, defend the mimimum of human dignity and hopefully expand it, to basically extend the the H.G Wells scenario that when there will be 2 biologically different human species, for example through the complete different living of 2 parts of human beings- that it ends like in HG wells and the paradox situation occurs that the ones controlling the things in the end are those that serve as 'food' for the controlled ones XD

So i got abit carried away, but I'm essentially looking for people that can expand on my knowledge of astrology and mythology, that actually have more wisdom on the topics of Uranus, the roles and connections, reading/input recommendations, and thoughts of course.
I would also loveto find any deities that you might be familiar with that resemble similar energies, of exponential growth, disruption, technology, innovation, and the whole edgelord underdog thing that is also part of it.

In the end I wanted to share this little text from one of the only books i couldfind on this topic, by a theosophical guru coming from the vedic Astrology perspective:

Uranus is a principle that is interpenetrating. There is nothing that is not permeable for the energy of Uranus. It can go deep down. It can go even in the darkest corners and bestow light over there. The penetration of Uranus is unparalleled. There is no place which it cannot reach. All that the science invented during the last 100 years is due to the impact of Uranus.Uranus, the ruler of Aquarius and the ruler of Scorpio as well, is the one which intends bringing about needed changes to inaugurate the New Era. In every field there is renaissance and there is revitalization, uplift of values, destruction of false values and a rapid development through successive crises. This is all the stimulation of the energy of Uranus. Dhanishta, Visakhapatnam, India, 2009

Another edit I wanted to make for my ask to recommend me deities that match the exponential uranian energy i described- a change taking place like a lightning strike, made me think of different enochian and angels/entities that are usually called for 'bending time' and 'reaching a certain result faster'- or ideas like- you could learn languages faster through working with mercury and associated deties etc.

Also appreciated is input like any updates or controvercies about planet/ deity correspondences, like the book of Peter Grey of Scarlet Imprint 'Lucifer Princeps' that has a part in it that challenges the 'Lucifer/Venus' view with the mentioning of very marsian qualities of the Lucifer energy and therefore deity.
