Using Enochian (Mystycal Heptarchy) in a Seven Spheres/Trithemian approach?

[odrep]

So I’ve been wondering about the Seven Spheres approach, where planetary magic works as an initiation system: you “climb” the spheres and ask each one for initiations and blessings in your life. I’m considering (or maybe just wondering about the possibility of) working with the kings, princes, and ministers of each planet instead of the archangels. It would be more of an experiment, and I think it raises an interesting question. What are everyone’s thoughts on this?

Thanks

Don't know anything about Seven Spheres but with regards to planetary Magick I think this definitely works and have been doing it (in combination with the Archangels and Shem though) but I have rewritten the planetary correspondences of the 49 for this.
Some ideas are given in this post:

I've pondered the exact same thing in the past. I ended up not doing it only because I got busy with other things and then my interests changed. However, I'm pretty sure it will go well. The Enochian spirits are remarkably flexible in how they can be worked with (and that's a good thing, since Dee didn't really leave clear instructions and there isn't really a fully coherent system there.)

It's actually something I'm working on myself, so yeah, go for it. Worth keeping in mind the Heptarchic Kings are associated not just to the planets, but even more so to the days of creation. They are literally the archons.
