Someone doesn't have a taste for satire, or for Chaos Magick.

In all seriousness, I'm not sure why you would work through a spirit rather than just making a ritual for that specific desire. I doubt there is a demon from the 1700s who helps with specifically visa applications to say the least.

Perhaps Hermes might be relevant here, given his associations with travel, communication, and his role as a messenger? That is about all I can think of, though.

I was joking about the Department of Infernal Visa Processing.
But it’s true Hermes makes much more sense than some demon whose CV contains “visa bureaucracy and preferential treatment.”

I did some research on shem angels and goetic demons and there are pairs that have powers like "influence someone to do so and so"

If you are opposed to Christian prayer/God/Angels (personal highest success rate for this type of request), then I would also second Hermes. I've received countless packages/deliveries/favorable correspondences. Used once for visa, and many times for other types of written approvals that I needed to receive via post.

I find, though, that in the modern world, something like visa (and the underlying purpose) is such a multi-faceted, many-geared, ongoing process that touches so many people and has so many moving parts that the best way to align everything if your cause is noble, is God himself.

I can't deny that I wonder if you need a "buy through loans" card. I don't know how you are educated on monetary stuff, but you might not know that there is also Debit card, (Yes, even Visa and MasterCard) that uses what you have on account directly and nothing more. (maybe except fees... and unless loan is enabled on there and that's really not nice loan...)

My first idea is Mammon, that name is quite well connected with money. Though he is also connected with money greed.
