Visions of Men in white heavy cloaks or robes

Trying to figure out who they could be? if anyone has any guess,

I would see usually one floating man in heavy white robes with hood, the face was all dark but sometimes if I wanted to see their face it would flash for a second. They would spin around so fast to create a white blur where short images and reels would appear, showing random things usually related to what I was thinking about or listening too. Sometimes things that are really bizarre. Like short humanoids hold big Russian red neon letters, spelling something. I don't know Russian, so can't tell you what it said. Or end of times future events, maybe a New World Order type of things. Like men in suits jumping out of an Army helicopter Into the ocean to die. Or long line of people placed laying face up in long shallow ditches along the freeway exits, with nobody alive in sight, no cars or people walking around.
Sometimes I would see more than one hooded cloaked person, floating around with a few others, sometimes they would be fighting, or holding hands going in circles, one I saw a couple timing another one to a cross with broken cross arms and a cloth bag of the head.

Are they part of the occult or belong to some specific religion? I am new to the occult and "not religious", I do believe in good/evil and that there is something more out there.

Interesting. I saw hooded figures few times, but always in black robes and never so active.

The fact that they were showing you azbuka letters suggest that they have some connection to Russia. The meaning is relatively easy to find out if you remember the letters and want to. (just finding out meaning of Russian alphabet letters and then google translator)

I recall seeing some strange floating men in heavy white robes. For me this got triggered by spamming chapter 73 from the Quran. Somebody recommended to try out rituals with it.
There were several, all floating a bit above the ground. I'd say it was pretty hard to understand the details, the whole thing was about the equivalent to 144P video quality.

Russian? Strange Well, the good news, these letters are not so difficult to learn at all.

I should have wrote the Russian letters down, but didn't at the time. Wish I did.

I also felt myself being pulled underground through the earth really fast, seeing different layers of the earth, then suddenly abruptly stopped, and an old scroll appeared, had old writing on it, maybe it was Hebrew or latin, which I don't know either, after the scroll appeared, I went back up into my body.

I am not sure what was going on around that time. I also woke up once and looked in the mirror and instead of seeing my reflection, saw a floating demon head with a long split tongue, looked a lot like those medieval demons in paintings, was a lot of bright colours and moving in heat waves, then I looked around and the whole room was moving in heat waves, and I could hear insects crawling through my walls really loud. I went back to bed, when I woke up everything was back to normal.
But makes me wonder if the underworld was trying to take my soul, or something like that was going on.

Sounds like fake wake up to me, a dream. In dreams stuff that unconscious shows up is filled with symbolism, unconscious speak in symbolism and pictures.
When spirit world teaches us, they tend to be giving symbols and riddles too. Like if spirits give you message, that you should die, they really do not mean that you should kill yourself. Figuring out these riddles helps us to grow our minds. What you saw meant something, but I would be hesitant to buy the face value of it.

Druids were also located in Germania to Greece, to Northern Italy and the Iberian regions, as well as the entirety of the British Isles. The whole of the Celtic region housed Druidry.

Yes, they often donned long white robes, however historically little to no knowledge of them exist except for documentation from those who warred with the Celts. They wrote nothing down except for minor documentation on Ogham stones, mostly markers.
