Hi everyone,

I'm pleased to announce a new WF initiative to help the effort to archive and preserve occult literature.

Starting from today, every 1-3 months, I will be extracting every MEGA link posted in Book Shares since the last archive, downloading each of them, and uploading them as a ZIP file shared in this thread for benefactors to download.

Yes, this is the reason for the new rule in Book Shares that you MUST use MEGA links when sharing books. More info in FAQ.

Since this is something I engineered/coded myself, there may be some bugs, and some missed files... So I would really appreciate it if you could let me know if my system has missed a particular file that's been shared on MEGA already, is still available on the MEGA link downloadable, but is for some reason not available in the archive.

FAQ​

Why is this only for Benefactors?​

Every book in this archive has already been shared on WF Book Shares freely for anyone to download. This is just a convenient way to download everything possible all at once. I really wanted to add more "benefits" to being a benefactor and supporting WF, and I decided this was a relatively harmless way to do that.

Why only support MEGA links?​

I'm sure you can understand I'm not manually combing through 1000s of posts to find links, manually checking if they are working, and manually downloading them. I have written a script to scrape through the content in these forums, and extract the links, and automatically add them as bulk downloads in JDownloader. The system is not advanced enough to find links within links, or click buttons on pages to download or anything like that. It has to be a direct link, and more importantly, I am already paying for a premium MEGA account which allows me to download a considerable amount of files in one go, which I would not be able to do on other file hosts without getting a premium account for each of them.

Why is XYZ book missing?​

As I said, this was my first attempt at programming this type of scraper... I may have not coded it perfectly enough to extract all links from the raw text of posts, and as such, the system may have missed a few valid MEGA links. If you find such a case, please verify that the link is actually valid and working, and the file for sure isn't in the archive already, and then please let me know.

How do I download this?​

Under the "Archives" heading above, you will find the links to download the archive. You must be a Benefactor and reply to the thread to unlock the link. Then, you can download the zip file. Once downloaded, you must extract the zip file using the password provided above.

Wowzerz this is great what can I do to help?​

If you have downloaded the archive, and in the future you see one some MEGA link has ceased working, please take the book from the downloaded archive and reupload it and post the mirror in the relevant thread so that all free members may also benefit from all this content being preserved. Oh yeah, and fulfil as many requests as you can using MEGA links!

Is "Semi-Categorized Folder – 2026/06/08" compatible with the contents of "Library v1.5 (Fixed).torrent"? ie. can I store these in the same directory / is the new stuff additive-only, and not restructuring?

I see empty Misc and Site Rips in the Mega, so I presume they are compatible.

A partir de hoje, a cada 1 a 3 meses, irei extrair todos os links do MEGA postados no Book Shares desde o último arquivamento, baixar cada um deles e carregá-los como um arquivo ZIP compartilhado neste tópico para que os benfeitores possam baixá-los.

Como este projeto foi desenvolvido por mim, pode haver alguns erros e arquivos faltando. Portanto, agradeceria muito se você pudesse me avisar caso meu sistema tenha deixado de incluir algum arquivo que já foi compartilhado no MEGA, ainda está disponível para download no link do MEGA, mas por algum motivo não está presente no arquivo compactado.

Por que isso é exclusivo para benfeitores?​

Todos os livros deste arquivo já foram compartilhados gratuitamente no WF Book Shares para que qualquer pessoa possa baixá-los. Esta é apenas uma maneira prática de baixar tudo o que for possível de uma só vez. Eu realmente queria adicionar mais "benefícios" para quem se torna um benfeitor e apoia o WF, e decidi que esta era uma forma relativamente inofensiva de fazer isso.

Por que dar suporte apenas a links MEGA?​

Tenho certeza de que você entende que não estou vasculhando manualmente milhares de posts para encontrar links, verificando manualmente se estão funcionando e baixando-os manualmente. Eu escrevi um script para analisar o conteúdo destes fóruns, extrair os links e adicioná-los automaticamente como downloads em lote no JDownloader. O sistema não é avançado o suficiente para encontrar links dentro de links, clicar em botões nas páginas para baixar arquivos ou algo do tipo. Tem que ser um link direto e, mais importante, eu já pago por uma conta premium do MEGA, que me permite baixar uma quantidade considerável de arquivos de uma só vez, o que eu não conseguiria fazer em outros serviços de hospedagem de arquivos sem ter uma conta premium para cada um deles.

Por que o livro XYZ está desaparecido?​

Como eu disse, esta foi minha primeira tentativa de programar esse tipo de scraper... Talvez eu não tenha programado perfeitamente o suficiente para extrair todos os links do texto bruto das postagens e, portanto, o sistema pode ter perdido alguns links válidos do MEGA. Se você encontrar um caso assim, verifique se o link é realmente válido e está funcionando, e se o arquivo não está no arquivo compactado. Depois disso, por favor, me avise.

Como faço para baixar isso?​

Na seção "Arquivos" acima, você encontrará os links para baixar o arquivo. Você precisa ser um Benfeitor e responder ao tópico para desbloquear o link. Depois disso, você poderá baixar o arquivo zip. Após o download, você deverá extrair o arquivo zip usando a senha fornecida acima.

I see empty Misc and Site Rips in the Mega, so I presume they are compatible.

My analysis upon later expection:

The Mega containing archive 1-23 also contains most of the Torrent contents, based on the given filesizes (Mega 800GB+ minus 1-23 loose ~ 450GB = 350GB. The Mega is missing a couple of categories (for example Site Rips) so this works out. (You can identify which categories are missing by either checking if a folder has >0 items or whether a folder exists in the first place. I CBA'd to exhaustively list.)

It thusly also seems the Mega is compatible directory-structure-wise with the torrent.

(Disclaimer: it could also be that the Mega does not contain the Torrent contents but the extracted ISOs their contents - that would mean it is missing some files, since the Torrent is newer than the ISOs. Though since this would be contradictory, I assume this is not the case.)

I myself will download and store archives 1-24 separately. Initially mainly because I do not have 800GB+ transfer cap left on the 1mo Mega sub I "had" to get to download/check it all in the first place.

(Disclaimer 2: I have not checked the contents of the Archives themselves, I have no clue what their structure is like.)
