Is it actually asking for your ID? If so I will disable it. I enabled the 18+ setting after @Saint brought up that we have many 18+ server emojis.
I assumed it would just ask you to tick a check box or press a button to self identify as an adult. If it is indeed asking for ID then please let me know I’ll reverse it and just remove the offensive emojis.

It'll be an upcoming update (it appears some already has it sooner, as usual), that'll ask you to verify your age either by taking a selfie (face scan) or your ID scan to access age-restricted servers and channels. It didn't ask me for mine, but it warned me that the server is age-restricted. Next month, everyone will be asked to verify to access.

Thanks for the link. Personally I probably won’t upload my ID to discord either. So no worries @Rowena anything that requires ID won’t work for me either.

No worries. I just finished reading it, and it appears based on Discord's claims, that in most cases you'll never be asked to verify your age through ID or face scan, for they are capable of estimating your age through different ways.
In my case I strongly suspect I hasn't been asked to verify my age because of the age of my account, and because of my attached PayPal, which has been ID verified already, and been capable of paying for years. Since I use Nitro monthly, they most likely draw the automatic conclusion that a minor couldn't possibly use active payment on a 4-5 years old account, and since you can only legally use Discord above age 13, with 5+ years passing, I must be an adult anyway.
It'd be a good time trying to pay for a month Nitro and see if Discord automatically decide to not ask for your ID, but who'd want to give money to them after this? I understand it completely.
