[Help] What can i do with lots of deer teeth?

I'd say that's true for any materials - grow those herbs, cut that timber, gather those seashells, and when you're got them - carve that wand, sculpt that statue, blend that incense.
For me, I've always just worked better with things I've gathered or made myself. Putting in the time, the thought, and the effort just seems to work better for me.

At the bare minimum, it shows you're serious about the project. There used to be a group online whose initiation required making a cut on the body with a knife one had made himself. I mean black-smithing, chipping flint, what have you.

For that matter, I think I recall reading that, back in the Renaissance (and most likely before) artists in stone like Michelangelo routinely forged their own chisels.

Lol, dude, the teeth were like, "AY! WE'RE EATIN HERE!" You should place one under your pillow so the hoof fairy visits. I don't have any real suggestions beyond what others have already mentioned, but it'd be pretty cool to have those. Maybe do nothing, just have em.

You can use some of them if your practice acknowledges Cernunnos, or Dominus Umbrarum, or any other archetypal Lord of Shadows / Lord the Wild, as sacred when Invoking them. Skulls with Antlers as well as just about any relics of their sacred animals find favor in their sight.

Just a small pile of the teeth on your altar is fine, use the others for stuff the other folks mentioned!

I have used some- not all, but some, for making rattles. I have used them in turtle shell rattles and larger hide rattles.

You can use tem for increasing the Power of a ritual
