Rules.
1. Must be drawn from the 5.0 edition.
2. Must choose a subclass that's available.
3. Must understand the hypothetical consequences of that choice.
4. We're using the mythologies, philosophies, and spiritualities of this world. For example, we're interpreting Asmodeus through real demonology. He doesn't preside over the mind hells.
5. Magic is still interpreted through dnd rules.
6. Multiclassing is allowed, but within regards of other rules.
7. Whatever you choose, you have to devote yourself to for at least ten years.
8. Please include why you chose this, what you'd do, and why not anything else.

I had to look most of this up because my DnD knowledge is approximately 'I've seen the cartoon.' 'But with that said, Arcane Trickster Rogue, no contest. Fast hands, misdirection, making things appear and disappear, I've been doing that for over 25 years, DnD just finally gave me a label for it. The multiclass temptation is real, but I know just enough about DnD to know I'd somehow break my own character build by level 4. Sticking with what I know, standing at a table, making people question their own eyes, while technically not breaking any laws. Probably.

What I'd be: Enchantment Wizard, my most conservative option.
Why: I've learned in life that social skills are everything.
What would I do: What could I not do?
