The point is to manipulate the t.i life events to alter it's personal timeline so for example he won't write that novel 5 years later about x subject, it's a form of timeline manipulation on the personal level but op aka the goberment have no idea about this person life because all it has is just a bunch of random wordcloud that they know about the t.i Which you can falsifiy the information you give them easily and that's how they defeated, in my case my father had been targeted by the goberment sometimes they give him hard time out of false claims, funny part is they have no clue that you know you are being targeted that's how low IQ they think you are!
