Working on getting a stronger daily routine going. Currently praying the Astrachios prayer 21 times a day per the instructions of the Grimorium Verum. Doing a daily Headless Rite and Invocation of the Four Kings as well.

I did a floor wash/incense clean on the bottom floor of my house yesteday and it feels much fresher downstairs as a result. Prepping for some spell work in the next couple weeks and working closely with a couple spirits.

Late life metabolic reset . Experimenting with internal alchemy via magnesium * . Change in diet and habits . 'Dream Yoga - resetting the 'unconscious' . Moving into week 3 of this .

I dont want to type all this out , here is an AI summary ( with references ) ;

Magnesium glycinate :
    • Boosts GABA: Magnesium helps activate gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), a brain chemical that quiets nervous system activity and lowers stress. [

    • Lowers Cortisol: The mineral helps moderate stress hormones, making it easier for the body to transition out of a "fight-or-flight" state. [

Effects on Dreams
    • Promotes REM Sleep: By deeply relaxing the central nervous system, magnesium helps you cycle properly into REM (rapid eye movement) sleep, the stage where most dreaming happens. [

    • Improves Dream Recall: Better and deeper sleep architecture means your brain forms stronger memory traces of your dreams, making them feel more vivid, intense, or high-definition upon waking. [

    • Triggers "REM Rebound": If you were previously sleep-deprived or stressed, your brain may spend extra time catching up on missed REM cycles when supplemented, intensifying dream activity temporarily. [

some brief effects ; - last night I went on a bus tour of the seaside ; vivid and real , except it looked exactly like a watercolor painting version , except it was all moving , of course . Previous ; a meeting with all my indigenous friends and acquaintances and all their relatives - a huge mass of people . Vivid and enjoyable flying dreams . The previous stage is more like nightmares , ( as the first stage clears out residual psychic muck and repressed frustrations , etc ) but I could awake 'do the drill ' - which includes 'magical technology' - return to the dream, rectify, assess , re balance or 'get even' .

Oh ... the point of it ( aside from all the above ) , improved health , energy , alertness , eyesight , re-invigoration for martial arts practice ( it appears I am getting a new student - I gave her an intro yesterday ; she is a 'builder's laborer ' ... well muscled and strong .... yikes ! And cheeky ; in her French accent ; '' Yes, you are old, I will have to go light on you . '' :D ) , happier , getting amused by certain things instead of feeling frustrated , clarity of thought .

PS . I am over 70 .

I'm a full time dad and also working for a project, so currently I really cannot flex my practice at all (and the JSK's GV keeps eyeing me from the bookshelf).

But I managed to clean a space for a little altar to ancestors few days ago, I started a little conversation and offerings, and as it happens, everything seems to turn a bit more in my favor since.

I'm exploring chaos magic at the moment. Quite a change from my usual ceremonial magic but I like to explore. Also writing some "basic" sacred geometry classes for my students. I'm turning it into more of an experience of the evolution of geometries workshop

I am working to nullify an old family curse. I am not sure how far back it goes. At least three generations As far as I can tell. The difficult thing is that it has been in my life so long that it feels kind of comforting. In some ways it has become part of my identity and I am not sure who I will be without it. The cumulative effects are bad but in the moment it offers a familiar path that feels comforting. I feel like I am always balancing on a tightrope trying to hold onto the belief that I have Enough strength to make it across to the other side. I can’t even be mad at the people who passed the curse on to me. They had no idea what to do about it either. So yeah, I’m working on that.

Life is going quite well lately for which I am thankful. I've learned a lot in recent years, dipping my toes into this and that. Recently someone mentioned Reality Transurfing in a thread on the forum, so I found a PDF and started reading. It reminds me a bit of Neville Goddard's work but without the spiritual and Biblical references. I think I finally lost all interest in anything related to tired old religions since I see right through them. Anyway, I liked the PDF enough to buy the book. Perhaps I'll write up a review some time.

As usual, exploring a very promising system I was inspired with a while ago. Might need to look for collaboration specialists in fields I'm not familiar with, actually - the thing starts reaching beyond my competences.
