What have you had consistent success with using the observer effect?

In my opinion, magic is about getting the simulation to do something for you. We aren't living in a true reality and that means things can change which seem permanent. Such as the laws of gravity. The observer effect is part of Quantum mechanics, which is where people try to understand odd functioning in the simulation. The simulation is actually run by AIs, who communicate with each other and share information. When you look at something, the AI in your brain IE "Your Mind" does too. That AI can change things which should not be possible.

Well, have you? It's a model where consciousness can affect material objects (which is not what the observer effect does which I'm sure somebody will point out soon anyway). If the observer effect really worked the way you believe, focussed wishful thinking would be enough, and we would need this Forum and all these books. Or do you think it takes more effort or a more sophisticated method to exploit or at least tweak the simulation to your advantage? Observing alone may not have an effect, is what I'm saying.
