Would you use the factory owner to operate the machinery ? Would you put the manual worker as CEO ?
There is a 'hierarchy of spirits ' for a reason . Its best to understand that ... and where you stand within it .
Just make sure you are attentive to the owner , the CEO and be fair to the workers (or they might chuck a spanner in the works ) and make sure you dont have any that dont want the job (or are after yours ) .
