Meditation, centering and alignment (kind of a combo of PGM theurgic stuff and heathen Tree elements), planetary rite for the planet of the day, and Hekate rite from Miller's Hekatean Arcana. Ends up being about an hour, overall.

Physical exercise doesn't exactly count, but is my daily routine too.
