[Help] what to do with the energy I have inside?

there are certain times throughout the day where I feel like I have an extreme amount of spiritual/psychic energy coursing through my body. most of the time it feels like a fire burning deep in my core and swimming through my veins. other times it's a euphoric calm like a concentration of the cool air found over a moonlit lake on a quiet spring night. it doesn't hurt or cause discomfort, but I often find myself at a loss of what to do with it before after a time it eventually fades and I'm back to "normal". I guess another way to describe it is the feeling you get when you enter the flow state when doing a task you've done a lot before. except it will come randomly throughout the day.

have you experienced anything similar and if so, what do you do in these moments to productively use this energy while its present?

Sounds to me a little like energy system issue, ironically. A blockage in energy flow, that makes energy to culminate until it breaks the block and flows in burst and then is getting blocked again. Are you sure you are not suppressing the flow of it somehow, somewhere?

Do you have a suggestion how to discover if it is a blockage? ( I often fail how to explain this to persons who are not so extremely visual thinking, I have now a relative who asked this, but I failed to explain how she could discover it herself)

That is a problem, the blockages can be of various issues. Though introspection and self-observing should reveal it sooner or later.

Ok, no one seems to know anything....go into a deep state and draw the energy into the innermost part of you that you can manage.

Couple things came to my mind reading your post.

I have had that happen to me more than a few times. Once, I felt that energetic coursing when a spirit had not yet made contact. Just hanging out at my perimeter observing. Their presence had an affect on my energy. For example, intense energy in my solar plexus, I wanted to get shit done. It was relieved when I made contact with that spirit directly.

Another time, I was in between spirit teachers and bored, waiting, looking for shit to get into. Anxious, anticipation. My chest was full of energy, looking for an outlet. It's not always a negative, or doesnt have to be seen as one.

I think its premature to diagnose it as a block, you haven't mentioned where the energy flows from or to, and where it is most intense. So It's a guess on our part. Help us help you, maybe provide more detail?

Have you tried doing any magick? That energy is the juice for going into magickal trance. Try that. Worst case, it doesnt work. Best case? Hold on to your britches! Haha
