You cant mean the English word 'human' ( and its connotations via etymology )

So I am assuming you mean , when man first named himself .
- Interesting idea !

But we will never know , all we know is the first written version we have ... so far ; Sumerian '' lu '' (meaning "person" or "human"), from around 3000 B.C.

Egyptians had 'ra-mat ' - 'mortal' , Hebrew ADM ' 'humankind' and 'ground' ( people on the earth ? ) .
