Which Etheric Level Most Awakens Magical Power?

I’d like to hear your thoughts on the etheric planes and their different levels. How do you understand them within your practice, and which level do you believe is most connected to awakening or developing magical power?

Personally, I think the levels closest to the astral and etheric realms may be especially important, since perception, energy, imagination, and will seem to converge there. What has your experience been?
