[Help] Which king rules over Zepar in Goetia?

The title says it all, there are four kings that rules over the 72 spirits so i want to know for upcoming operation.

Maybe it would not be right to call Amaymon in the conjuration of the King, maybe Amaymon rules not duke Zepar?

The demon king, Archangel is figured out which was easy.

The Goetia only mentions a couple of demons that are under the rulership of another and Zepar isn't in that list. However, it doesn't mean he isn't under another spirit. In the black dragon there are four Kings that rule over the demons. There's Magoa, Egym, Bayemon and Ammaymon.

Skinner's Veritable Key of Solomon, Chapter 11, page 312 gives a direct conjuration to Amaymon, which it assigns as King of the South. I find it curious that in a chant in a preceding paragraph, which is to be done in construction a wax image for love, the name "Zeupar" is mentioned.

According to a reference I use to correlate the Tarot minors with the Shem and Goetia, with the assistance of Godwin's Encyclopedia, Zephar is associated with the first decan of Virgo, which is placed under the quarter of the Ace of Wands. This being the Root of Fire, then the South should be appropriate, so I think Amaymon is good enough.

However, I have other references to him as King of the North as well. I think such confusion is likely a test of the operator's resolve and calculation. Best of luck to you.

That makes perfect sense, because according to my notes that are backed by Regardie and DuQuette, the Eight of Pentacles/Coins/Discs is associated with AM Zepar/Akaiah, and PM Alloces/Kehethel. It would also include The Hermit or Key IX, for the Qlippothic/Yetziriah path 20.

You can evoke Zepar without going through his King. Just evoke him and ask.

I was thinking bout the conjuration of the King that is stated in the Goetia, i just want to know if i need to go to that stage.

I don't like burning their seals so instead calling a King if he appear not.

Yes I think with Goetia, the title must be said correctly. I agree with the Amaymon being the most known as the King. We still are unraveling the mysteries of that story. But it all goes back to Sumeria and some of the early stories.

But using Amaymon name I feel would be best. IMHO

Now that i think about it, you are right because i'm using Berlanensis conjuration, Kings that are much higher above the four Goetic Kings, since they are controlled by those names within the conjurations.
