I've run across this name as the author of the ultimate potionbook (recipe book for a bunch of Conjure/Rootwork/Hoodoo oils, powders and incenses) as well as the source of courses which themselves are the source for Pat Sawyer's Master Grimoire, but I can't find a single thing about it online. Who the hell is/was he?

Back in the day IGOS ripped him off for their witchcraft course (they plagiarized lots o' stuff) . I guess he didn't have enough magical juice to do anything about that. I think Mills got his material from this guy who was selling dubious 'voodoo' services. Although his formulae work to a degree, if you want relatively mild candle magic sort of results.
