You may be overreacting. It seems that the poster was simply making a point about the current technology apocalypse. People genuinely will more than likely be on their phones during it. It is telling people that they should take a break from the screen and see something cool instead. Poster had no malicious intent.

Sounding pretty shizo to me. They are just saying to look at and enjoy the novelty of the blood moon instead of constantly being indoors and looking at screens. You've provided no evidence that people are trying to get people to look directly at the blood moon for some ulterior motive.
